I haven't seen this before (maybe because I usually drive to McCormick Place instead of taking a taxi, but apparently the "traffic facilitators" who were helping usher people into cabs at the end of the show were actually BRIBING cabbies to come back and pick more people up.
They didn't do it with cash, but lottery tickets.
In the words of our Driver last night, "it's great I may become a millionaire!"
